Wellbeing is Essential for Employee Health, Happiness and Work

At Rener Wellbeing, we look at wellbeing through a holistic lens by focusing on physical activity, mental health, nutrition and sleep. We aim to make sustainable changes to organisations and individual’s wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, responding to the uniqueness of individuals' lifestyles and preferences, as well as organisational cultures.

We care about making people happier and healthier. Improving employee wellbeing, by developing organisational cultures that enable wellbeing also benefits many aspects of employee’s work such as their engagement, productivity, performance and satisfaction. We are very proud of our recently published wellbeing strategy case study, highlighting how we provided Shift8* with an ROI of 1:250 by reducing their absence rates, decreasing their turnover rates, eradicated presenteeism and doubled their in year sales (in just three months).

Industries Supported

We currently work with employees from over 10 industries. As long as a company has people, no matter the size or industry, wellbeing is essential for employee health, happiness - and aspects of work such as productivity, engagement, satisfaction and performance.
