  • 9-11am: Breakfast and Wellbeing Training for Business Leaders (refreshments provided)

  • 11am-1pm: Managing Stress + Anxiety and Boosting Resilience (refreshments provided)

    Learn easy and immediately implementable tools and tips to manage your stress and anxiety - in a sustainable way.

  • 1-2pm: Lunch and Learn - How to Integrate Healthy Nutrition into Your Life (lunch provided by Urban Greens)

    Understand the science behind how and why healthy eating and drinking impacts our overall wellbeing and work.

  • 2-3pm: Tools and Tips to Integrate Physical Activity and Sleep into Your Life and Develop Your Own Action Plan (refreshments provided)

    Gain information, advice and guidance on integrating physical activity and sleep into your personal and work life and understand how being active and getting enough quality sleep supports good health.

  • 3-5pm: 1-2-1 Workplace Wellbeing Support for Managers (refreshments provided)

    Sign up in advance for your 15-30 minute 1-2-1 consultation with Khalil, about any specific workplace wellbeing queries you may have. Very limited slots.
